Mary B. Anderson is president of the Collaborative for Development Action, Inc., and a consultant, case writer, and trainer on women±s roles in economic and social development. A development economist, her clients include USAID, the World Bank, the Population Council, UNFPA, and UNIFEM. She has written about education and gender issues, as well as development in times of disaster. She is the coauthor of Rising from the Ashes: Development Strategies in Times of Disaster.
