Michael W. Doyle is professor of politics and international affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School and faculty associate at the Center of International Studies at Princeton Unviersity. In 1993-1994 he was vice president of the International Peace Academy. He has written three books , including most recently Empires, and is the author of numerous scholarly articles, book chapters, essays, and reviews.
