|
James C. Ingram directs the Australian Institute for International Affairs, following a decade as executive director of the UN World Food Programme. Earlier he served as director-general of the Australian Development Assistance Bureau and ambassador to Canada, several Caribbean states, and the Philippines. He is currently writing on Australian policy toward the UN at the Australian National University, Canberra.
