Michel Veuthey heads the International Organizations Division of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva. He has represented the ICRC at the Untied Nations General Assembly in New York and at many conferences on humanitarian issues. A Swiss national with training as an international lawyer, he has published widely on various aspects of international humanitarian law.
