Julia Wagler is senior researcher at the Fourth Freedom Forum. A graduate of Goshen College, she has worked on economic sanctions and incentives, South Asian nuclear policy, and United Nations reform issues. She has accepted recently a teaching and research assignment with Mennonite Central Committee in Lebanon.
