|
This Occasional Paper is designed as a primer on international human rights law for humanitarian practitioners. It includes sections on humanitarian and refugee law as well, examines recent developments, identifies issues for future discussion, and encourages efforts to narrow the gap between law and practice. A review of the study that appeared in the International Review of the Red Cross is reprinted in Section 8, Selected Commentary on Project Publications.
